Check out this healthy, quick and easy recipe for Muffcakes! If you’re looking for a snack for the kids or a dessert that won’t ruin your day this is it! They are 90 calories a piece. Add some cinnamon-honey butter for an added treat.

1 C. Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 C. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/3 C. Honey
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (may be replaced by EVOO)
2 Egg Whites
2 tspn. Baking Powder
Generous amount of cinnamon

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350 (Makes ~12 large or 24 mini muffcakes!)
